Returns & Exchanges
You may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of the delivery date, for STORE CREDIT only or exchange.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as received. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, odors, and/or distinct smells, including perfume, free of make-up & deodorant stains, and in its original packaging. Original tags must be attached.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to process a return, please be sure to notify us on the reason for the return.
Once your returned package is received, we will email you confirmation of return and store credit issued. Please allow 3-5 business days to process a return upon reaching our facility. If for any reason the return does not meet returnable condition, you will be notified via email and the item will be returned to you.
Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer and return shipping is non-refundable.
Returns are refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT only, via an Inner Success E-Gift Card. Please allow 3-5 business days to process a return upon reaching our facility.
Once approved, you will receive an automated email containing your Inner Success STORE CREDIT via E-Gift. Your E-Gift Card covers the purchase price of each item and tax, if applicable. Inner Success does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
